St. Tammany Parish Outreach - Your home, Your responsibility!

The mission of the St. Tammany Parish Outreach Program is to promote an improved quality of life for the residents of St. Tammany Parish. The driving force behind accomplishing this long-term goal are the volunteers whom work very closely with the residents and officials of the parish to locate and resolve everyday problems. Because everything cannot be fixed by a single entity, at least not efficiently, we focus on several crucial issues that we find imperative to our mission. The vision of the St. Tammany Parish Outreach Program is to promote Education, and Public Safety; as well as establish a great source of Fun and Festivities within a more Earth Friendly living area.

The St. Tammany Parish Outreach Program volunteers are organized into structured groups called coalitions. Each coalition consists of several volunteers that have some experience or interest within that particular field. When a new project comes to the attention of the Outreach Program it is voted on by all members as to whether or not it is a project that we are capable and willing to tackle. Once the vote is passed, the project is then assigned to the appropriate coalition where the project director for that coalition will assign
the necessary volunteers to get satisfy the projects needs.

As a non-profit organization that is fueled only by the hearts of our volunteers, we wecome family and friends
from within St. Tammany Parish to become a part of our outreach program. There are no contracts or paperwork
to fill out to be a part of something great, in fact, the easiest way to begin helping is to sign-up on our forums
and get to know some of the current volunteers. You may also look around at the different coalition pages to
see if anything sparks your interest, or check out the all of the projects we have in the works right now. We also
have several members of the outreach program that help us strictly by offering consulting services in their related field of study.
